ITOFROM launches new product “ShotLine”
내외경제TV=유현정 기자 | 아이투프럼에서 금형 제조 산업에 필요한 금형 센서와 관리 솔루션인 신형 ShotLine을 출시했다.
이번 신제품은 작고 가벼운 외형을 자랑하며, 성능과 내구성이 강화되어 다양한 금형 제조 현장에서 더욱 신뢰받고 활용도가 높아진 제품이다.
다른 저가형 접촉식 수동 카운터와는 달리, 국내 기술력으로 생산된 아이투프럼의 스마트몰드센서는 무선 통신(비접촉) 방식으로 양산 금형 사용 시 파손의 우려가 적고, 사이클타임을 350 SPM(C.T 0.17초)까지 줄여 고속 프레스에서 더욱 안정된 생산량을 기대할 수 있게 되었다. 충격방지와 더불어 혁신적인 온도센서가 내부에 부착되어 있어 다이캐스팅과 같은 고온, 고습 환경에서도 정상적인 샷 카운터를 확인할 수 있게 되었다.
아이투프럼 이동렬 대표는 “최신 국내 기술력으로 탄생한 신형 ShotLine은 금형 생산 라인에서의 실시간 모니터링 및 데이터 수집, 상태 모니터링, IoT 센서 등을 통해 생산성과 효율성을 높이는 데 기여하며 스마트팩토리 환경을 한층 진화시키는 데 핵심적인 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
금형 관리 솔루션인 ShotLine은 현재 삼성전자, LG전자는 물론 대리점을 통한 납품형식으로 진행된 다이슨, 로레알 등 국내외 글로벌 기업에서 사용 중이다.
신형 ShotLine은 경동 나비엔, 시디즈 등 국내 업체와 추가 도입을 협의 중에 있어, 관련 제조업 현장에서의 생산 공정을 보다 지능적으로 관리하고 최적화하는 데 큰 도움이 될 예정이다.

This new product boasts a small and lightweight appearance, and performance and durability have been enhanced, making it more reliable and useful in various mold manufacturing sites.
Unlike other low-cost contact manual counters, ITOFROM’s smart mold sensor produced with domestic technology uses a wireless communication (touchless) method, which reduces the risk of damage when using mass-produced molds, and has a cycle time of 350SPM (C/T 0.17 seconds). By reducing this, more stable production can be expected from high-speed presses.
In addition to shock prevention, an innovative temperature sensor is attached inside, making it possible to check a normal shot counter even in high temperature and high humidity environments such as die casting.

ShotLine, a mold management solution, is currently being used by domestic and international global companies such as Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics, as well as Dyson and L'Oréal, which are delivered through dealers.
The new ShotLine is currently in discussions with domestic companies such as Kyungdong Navien and SIDIZ for additional introduction, and is expected to be of great help in more intelligently managing and optimizing the production process at related manufacturing sites.
