이번에 선보인 신제품인 ShotLine 스마트몰드센서는 최신 기술력을 적용해 금형 온도 관리 등의 성능이 대폭 추가 향상되어 다이캐스팅은 물론 200℃의 고온, 고습 금형 제조 환경에서도 오랫동안 안정적으로 작동할 수 있도록 내구성이 높아졌다. 크기와 무게를 크게 줄여 금형에 더욱 쉽게 장착할 수 있는 건 기본 스펙이다.
이러한 기술 혁신은 금형 산업의 스마트팩토리 구축을 가속화할 것으로 보이며 금형 공정의 자동화와 최적화를 통해 생산성과 품질 관리가 크게 향상될 것으로 기대된다는 것이 업계의 반응이다.

삼성전자, LG전자 및 대리점 납품을 통해 다이슨, 로레알 등 국내외 글로벌 기업에서까지 사용 중인 ShotLine은 최근 경동 나비엔, 시디즈 등의 다양한 업체와도 신제품 도입을 협의 중인 것으로 알려져 이에 따른 귀추가 주목된다.

The ShotLine smart mold sensor, a new product introduced this time, has significantly improved performance such as mold temperature management by applying the latest technology, increasing durability so that it can operate stably for a long time not only in die casting but also in a high temperature and high humidity mold manufacturing environment of 200℃. The basic specifications are such that the size and weight can be greatly reduced, allowing for easier installation in the mold.
